Unusual gold and guilloche enamel decorative magnifier in original case. Paris, beginning of the 20th century. Maker’s mark of George Boin (antique dealer) and Emil Taburet (jeweler). Firm was established in Paris in 1873 and situated on Rue Pasquier 3. Boin and Taburet manufactory became famous with masterpiece jewelery works in Louis XV and Louis XVI style. In 1889 was awarded by gold medal of the Universal exhibition in Paris. in 1900 associated with Henrys jewelery firm. Dimensions: 80 x 41 x 10 mm.
