Leonid Blinov, a copy of the Lev Lagorio painting “Destruction of Turkish vessels near Bosphorus by the torpedo boat tender “Veliki Knjaz Konstantin”. 1877″. Oil on canvas, signature in the bottom right corner “Л. Блинов”. Leonid Blinov started his adult life as a house painter helper in the Navy museum in Saint Petersburg. He began practicing his painting by reproducing the works of art exhibited in the museum. He reproduced among the others the works of Alexey Bogolyubov, Karl Bryullov and Lev Lagorio.
